One of the beautiful things our private wood fired saunas have to offer are our built in hot and cold showers, as well as private dressing rooms and a cozy outdoor space by the river. While most people new to saunaing start with 10–15 minutes intervals, experienced sauna goers may stay in their sauna for almost the full hour.
